Tiffany St James is the former Head of Social Media for the UK Government.
In fact, she was the first Head of Social Media in the UK across 22 government departments and we think, the first head of social media for any government in the world at the time.

Since then she’s worked with Google for 5 years as the guest Social Media Strategist on their Digital Marketing Qualification – Squared Online which she helped them set up.
She’s trained over 10,000 people from over 300 marketing agencies in the UK in digital skills and help MTV, Westminster City Council and other clients set up their online academies as well as train and run digital and social media campaigns through her consultancies Transmute and Curate42.

The Perfect Duration

The day runs from 9.30-4.00 to keep it punchy. Any longer than that and it starts to drag, any shorter and you’re not able to properly sink your teeth into what you’re covering. Don’t worry, you’ll also get plenty of breaks to network.

There’s a couple of coffee breaks, morning and afternoon, and we also provide a proper lunch. That’s right, we’re talking real food with beer and wine rather than soggy sandwiches or mush slopped from a tray.
