Red and green flags of in-house & agency collaboration

One of the biggest lessons Steph has learned in her Digital PR career is the importance of a successful working relationship with a client’s in-house PR team. However, that relationship only works when both sides understand what the other team does and why. In this talk Steph will share what she’s learnt so far to ensure brilliant integration – and what pitfalls to avoid.
