  • Reflecting on past performance to set realistic objectives

Session 2 – Building (and maintaining) a solid pipeline

  • Getting inside the head of your ‘ideal’ client
  • Creating a prospecting plan (and sticking to it)
  • Ideas to open doors and nurture relationships

Session 3 – Turning opportunities into wins

  • Mastering the art of qualifying
  • Crafting a winning presentation based on the principle of ‘value’
  • Handling objections in the right way
