Throughout the day we’ll work our way through the following sessions:
Session 1 – Setting yourself on the right path
- The guiding principles, skills and behaviours needed to be successful
- Establishing who you should target and why
- Reflecting on past performance to set realistic objectives
Session 2 – Building (and maintaining) a solid pipeline
- Getting inside the head of your ‘ideal’ client
- Creating a prospecting plan (and sticking to it)
- Ideas to open doors and nurture relationships
Session 3 – Turning opportunities into wins
- Mastering the art of qualifying
- Crafting a winning presentation based on the principle of ‘value’
- Handling objections in the right way
Please be prepared to be as open as you are able to about your business development challenges. The more attendees are willing to share, the more you will get out of the day
