The future of SEO is trust-centered - & this is how you become the trusted answer

Brighton, Spring 2026

You’ll learn how to:
- Earn trust through community, content, & consistent credibility signals
- Turn relationships and reputation into discoverability across traditional and AI search, social, & good old word-of-mouth
- Design a Trust & Visibility Flywheel - a compounding system for modern search where every act of trust feeds long-term visibility and outcomes

Brands that will win the next era of search won’t just rank.

They’ll be referenced. They’ll be remembered. They’ll be recommended. They’ll be trusted.

Search: The Next Generation

Brighton, Spring 2026

We've spent years optimising to be Discovered.
But consumers have moved on. They're not searching anymore — they're Discussing. They're Asking. And the answers they're getting aren't coming from a google results page.
Join Alex McKenna and Katelin DeVencenty for a session on what the shift to conversational AI means for how brands show up, how websites need to be architected, and how the structural and semantic decisions you make today determine whether AI recommends you — or someone else.
The rules of visibility have changed. The question is whether your website has.

We Sent AI Agents to Win AI Search. Here's What Actually Happened.

Brighton, Spring 2026

Everyone's tracking AI search visibility. Almost nobody is doing anything about it.

After analysing 500M+ AI conversations, we found the biggest problem isn't understanding AI search — it's acting on it. So we tried something different: we deployed autonomous AI agents to execute the playbook for us.

This talk is the honest account of what happened.

The data that shaped our approach:
- Where AI citations actually come from (it's not where you think)
- The prompts people ask vs. the keywords you're targeting
- The competitive gaps most brands don't know they have

The actions that moved the needle:
- Citation outreach, content refresh, and third-party placements that actually worked
- The fixes that were a waste of time
- How we automated it with AI agents:

Open-source autonomous agents most marketing teams don't know exist yet
- What the agents got right, what they got spectacularly wrong
- The line between human judgement and autonomous execution

Where AI search is heading next:
- From recommendations to transactions - ChatGPT Shopping, Google AI buy buttons, and ads in AI answers

What this means for your strategy right now
You'll leave with data insights, the specific actions worth your time, how to set up autonomous agents using open-source tools, and early intelligence on AI commerce.

No theory. No dashboards. Just what we did and what happened.

Human-First Discovery: Designing the Future of Search

Brighton, Spring 2026

As algorithms evolve, it’s human behaviour that defines the future of search. Becky Simms shares new SearchPulse findings and a human-first framework for designing discovery strategies that work across search engines, social platforms and generative AI. You’ll uncover the psychological patterns behind platform choice, and how to design content ecosystems that meet people where curiosity begins.

This talk will be inspirational but also practical - giving the audience frameworks to use when thinking about their own search strategies and content production.
