We can't wait to welcome you to Brighton soon on the 8th & 9th October. We know how overwhelming a conference can be, so here is a handy guide of everything practical for your visit.

The basic info:

Your ticket includes access to both brightonSEO and MeasureFest and all tracks across the two days.

📍 Location:

Brighton Centre, Kings Rd, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 2GR

Head to main entrance on the seafront.

📅 Conference Dates:

Thursday 8th & Friday 9th October 2026

⏰ Doors Open:

8.30 AM

Talks Start: 9:30 AM

Sessions End: 6:00 PM

Before you arrive:

🌍 Travelling from outside the UK?

Since 2025, many people travelling internationally to the UK on business or pleasure need to apply for an ETA.

You will not need an ETA if you have a visa or are a British citizen.

Please check the full information on ETAs and who needs to apply before you travel to the UK.

✅ Check Your Ticket & Badge

  • Log in to your ticket to confirm your details.You have been emailed this via Tito - our ticketing platform.
  • Ensure your name, job title, and company are correct - these will appear on your badge.
  • Update or reassign tickets if needed.
  • If you can no longer make the event, please cancel or re-assign ASAP.

  • Find your badge in your inbox:

  • Print your badge in colour if possible and bring it with you.
  • Can’t print? We’ll issue a badge onsite (but it may take longer and you may have to queue for a bit).

Need childcare while at the conference? Then we are pleased to offer an onsite creche as we know how hard it can be for busy, working parents. Booking link will be updated soon!

🧳 Book luggage storage

We will no longer provide cloakroom storage for bags at the Brighton Centre and you will not be able to bring a bag larger than A4 into the venue.

We’ve partnered with Bounce, the #1 global luggage storage network, to provide secure bag storage throughout the conference.

Onsite information:

🛎 Plan your arrival time

Getting thousands of people into a venue for a 9.30am start can be busy. Our advice? Get there early and breeze in. Here's our handy guide on when you can expect to have to queue:

🟢 From 8.30am - generally no queues and quick entry

🟠 From 8.50am - getting busier and short queues can start to form

🔴 From 9.10am - queues likely, particularly if you need to print your badge

🎟 Badge information

Head directly to the main entrance of the Brighton Centre on the seafront.

If you have already printed your badge follow signs for 'Badge holders' and head directly into the conference. Make sure you get your badge scanned and pick up your lanyard and conference newspaper.

Not printed your badge? Then follow the signs and a member of the team will be able to help you. There may be a longer wait for entry.

🧳 Packing Tips

  • Bring your printed badge, water bottle, and phone charger/power bank.
  • Dress is casual.
  • Ensure you have booked storage for any luggage offsite as we cannot allow any bags larger than A3 into the Brighton Centre.

🎉 Networking & Social Events

Networking is open to all attendees from both conferences. Some activities need to be pre-booked - keep an eye out on our networking page for updates.

🛍 Collect your merch bag:

If you have a Friend, BFF, Speaker or Training ticket then you are entitled to a free merch bag (if you didn't select to have a tree planted instead).

Make sure you head to the Merch Collection Point in the expo to collect it.
