We can't wait to welcome you to San Diego this September 15-16. We know how overwhelming a conference can be, so here is a handy guide of everything practical for your visit.

The basic info:

Your ticket includes access to both brightonSEO and Hero Conf and all tracks across the two days. Note: If you are booked into a training course on Monday September 14th, all information will be sent out to you in advance.

Talks Start: 9:15 AM

Before you arrive:

βœ… Check Your Ticket & Badge

  • Log in to your ticket to confirm your details. You have been emailed this via Tito - our ticketing platform.
  • Ensure your name, job title, and company are correct - these will appear on your badge.
  • Update or reassign tickets if needed.
  • If you can no longer make the event, please cancel or re-assign asap.

🎟 Print Your Badge

  • We’ll email you your badge before the event.
  • Print in color if possible and bring it with you.
  • Can’t print? We’ll issue a badge onsite (but it may take longer and you may have to wait in line for a bit).

  • Browse the brightonSEO schedule and create your own agenda.
  • Explore the Hero Conf talks to pick your sessions.
  • Remember: You can move between tracks during breaks, not mid-session.

Networking is open to all attendees from both conferences. Some activities need to be pre-booked so do check them out ASAP.

  • Bring your printed badge, water bottle, and phone charger/power bank.
  • Dress is casual - layers recommended (air-con can be chilly).

🎟 Badge information

Please print your badge in advance if possible.

Printed your badge? Then you can head stright to Ballroom 6 (Upper Level) at the Convention Center. Lanyards and badge holders will be ready for you to collect at the entrance of the conference.

Need to print? Have your QR code handy (this will be sent by email to you before the event) and the team will be ready to help you print your badge. Badge printing will be located in the lobby outside Ballroom 6 (Upper Level).


To get to Ballroom 6, find the entrance to exhibit hall C and go up the escalators.
