Al has spent 20 years working in the digital space with the last 10 heading up delivery and operations in agency and tech start-ups where he led and scaled distributed cross functional product and project teams. Previous agencies include VCCP and MullenLowe Mediahub. More recently, Al worked at a Climate Tech start-up as Head of Delivery and Business Operations where he was instrumental in supporting a 366% growth in company team growth inside 12 months.
