James is the Creative Director, training lead and paid social media strategist at Social Firefly, a social media marketing agency based in Brighton.
Starting his career in the public sector James became expertly placed to support organisations and businesses with complex problems and varied needs. Now he and the Social Firefly team develop and run social media strategies for marketing campaigns ranging from public health messaging, to selling online courses, encouraging app downloads, increasing donations, sales of products and event attendance.
