In 10 years in the industry Mario has worked in boutique agencies like agenda21, institutions like Ayima and finally built the tech SEO team at Merkle which now joined Dentsu to create the biggest tech SEO team in the UK.
Mario worked on all aspects of what makes a good search experience with the aim of helping search engines see websites as users do. This meant initially focusing on the on-page optimisation to then dive deeper and deeper on what the page functionalities are made of and how search engines are able or not able to render them.
He witnessed the era of avoiding Java-script at all costs to move to hash-bangs and HTML snapshots, through to dynamic rendering and more recently Server Side Rendering and hydration, indexation and optimisation of iframes.
