Paris Childress is a Xoogler and the CEO of Hop AI, a growth marketing agency helping B2B SaaS and subscription businesses win in the age of AI search. Paris founded Hop Online in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2009, growing it to 40+ employees serving clients globally. From 2014–16, he served as Country Business Development Manager for Google, opening Google's first office in Bulgaria in 2015. Today, Paris leads Hop AI's GEOforge platform — a proprietary system for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) that helps brands get cited, recommended, and trusted by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Alongside GEOforge, Hop AI manages performance marketing programs for high-growth B2B brands across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
