Rash has 20 years’ experience spanning innovation, marketing, and category management. For the past 3 years Rash has been working on the Think Hub platform, a digital engagement platform to bring together engineers and suppliers using data and digital services. Making performance at work even easier for industrial engineers with game-changing digital experiences. Working closely with Strategic Suppliers to collaborate on new technology, marketing, and bringing best in class data underpinning the platform. Rash joined RS in 2016 and had the opportunity to work in Global roles across category management and marketing.
Prior to RS, Rash has spent a majority of her time in manufacturing for FMCG & Consumer durable industries, specialising in Product, Sourcing, Marketing & Brand management.
