In this talk Jessica will face the elephant in the room: the SEO's industry's trust problem. Jessica will discuss how this trust has eroded over time and how we, as an industry, can face the problem head on and come up with a solution.

Drawing from her experience on the board of CIMSPA, Jessica will present a case for an SEO regulatory body. It's sure to be controversial but the most important thing: it will serve as a starting point to help the SEO sector rebuild trust and confidence in its practitioners.
