Reporting on updates and changes in Google’s AI evolution is one thing but communicating it is another. Stakeholders need to be able to understand how the landscape changes affect them - our challenge lies in delivering this in the context of increased capabilities of AI generative content and the looming presence of SGE and its ever-evolving state.
Dan will take his learnings from previous Google product developments (both successes and failures) - as well as communication methods used by NASA to demonstrate threat probability - to demonstrate how we can communicate 'shifting risk' as variables which affect the project continue to change.
