We can't wait to welcome you to San Diego this September 23-24. We know how overwhelming a conference can be, so here is a handy guide of everything practical for your visit.

The basic info:

Your ticket includes access to both brightonSEO and Hero Conf and all tracks across the two days. Note: If you are booked into a training course on Monday September 22, all information will be sent out to you in advance.

8:15 AM

Talks Start: 9:15 AM

Sessions End: 5:30 PM

Before you arrive:

✅ Check Your Ticket & Badge

  • Log in to your ticket to confirm your details.You have been emailed this via Tito - our ticketing platform.
  • Ensure your name, job title, and company are correct—these will appear on your badge.
  • Update or reassign tickets if needed.
  • If you can no longer make the event, please cancel or re-assign asap.

🎟 Print Your Badge

  • We’ll email you your badge before the event.
  • Print in color if possible and bring it with you.
  • Can’t print? We’ll issue a badge onsite (but it may take longer and you may have to wait in line for a bit).

Make the most of our preferential rate with our conference venue, Manchester Grand Hyatt, and book your room via our block. All bookings must take place before September 4, 2025.

🎟 Badge information

Already printed your badge at home? Then head straight to the Palm Foyer by Seaport Ballroom on level 2 of the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.

Need to print your badge onsite? Head to Boardwalk (by Marina Courtyard on level 1) and the team will be on hand to help print your badge. You can then head up to Palm Foyer by Seaport Ballroom. Boardwalk will be open until 11.30am (after which time badges can be printed at Palm Foyer).

🎉 Networking & Social Events

Networking is open to all attendees from both conferences. Some activities need to be pre-booked so do check them out asap.

  • Happy Hour Receptions are on the expo floor:
    • Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
    • Wednesday: 4:30 – 5:00 PM

🧳 Packing Tips

  • Bring your printed badge, water bottle, and phone charger/power bank.
  • Dress is casual - layers recommended (air-con can be chilly).

    Park on levels 3–6.
    Pick up a validation sticker at our event info desk in Palm Foyer for discounted parking rates.
