With a background in scientific research, Lottie started her marketing career in Paid Media and Planning (PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic), alongside working with dev teams on paid media tool development, before adding Behavioural Science and CX to her experience.
Her real passion lies with integrating behavioural science principles, innovation and automation/AI in marketing. Helping brands better utilise their audience insights, customer journeys and market research to supercharge their digital strategies.
