Nadya is a Senior digital marketing and eCommerce professional with over 15 years experience in digital marketing, CRM and CRO. Currently working on growth and strategy with a number of UK and US based clients in fashion, beauty, retail and FMCG. With a firm handle on the latest technology she has a rounded understanding of how to operate and grow a business using the latest tools. Nadya has been direct report for 20+ people and managed annual marketing budgets of £40m. She has founded STEPP Digital, a full-service digital marketing agency aiding both media & search agencies as well as clients delivering award-winning acquisition, retention & CRO strategies. Nadya is a regular digital marketing trainer at London Innovation Society – L39 in Canary Wharf in London as well as a Career Mentor at University of Birmingham.
